Terms of Purchase

2. Placing an Order

An order is placed when the customer adds products to the cart and completes payment at checkout. An order confirmation will be sent by email after purchase.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices include VAT. We accept payment methods offered through WooCommerce Checkout. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

4. Delivery

We deliver orders throughout Finland. Delivery time is 2–5 business days. Shipping costs €4.90 per order. We will notify you by email of any delays.

5. Right of Return

Consumers have a 30-day right of return for distance sales in accordance with EU directives. Products must be returned unused in original packaging. Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the product is defective.

6. Complaints

Defective or damaged products must be reported within 14 days of delivery by email to khinkali.maustekauppa@gmail.com. Include your order number and a description of the issue.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect damages. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. For food products, we comply with applicable food legislation.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Finnish law. Disputes shall be resolved primarily through negotiation. Consumers also have the right to refer disputes to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board.
